1. What Areas do you Serve?
We serve all areas included in the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland, and also the GVRD(Greater Vancouver Regional District).
2. What are your Operating Hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
3. How far in advance do I need to book the Shuttle?
Minimum 24 hours in advance. (The earlier the better, and the higher the chances to secure your booking request)
4. Do you offer Discounts for Large Groups?
Yes, please contact us with the Total Number of Passengers.
5. Do you accept Airline Vouchers?
Yes, we accept Airline Vouchers.
6. Is Large Baggage allowed?
Subject to Availability, there may be an additional cost.
7. What is your Cancellation Policy?
Please let us know 24 hours in advance minimum
8. What happens if the shuttle service is canceled due to weather or other circumstances?
If we need to cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, passengers will be notified as early as possible, and a full refund will be issued immediately. Safety is our top priority.
9. What should I do if I'm running late for the shuttle pickup?
Please arrive at your pickup location at least 15 minutes before departure.
If you’re running late, contact us immediately at info@airportlinkshuttle.com. We’ll do our best to help, but to stay on schedule for everyone, the shuttle must depart on time.
